Ready to get started?

If you are genuinely wanting to develop a part time or fulltime business income with ONE Group and you are keen to maximaise your earning capacity then the following steps need to be taken:

1. JOIN

By going to our sister website, going into the 'Earn Income' section and clicking on 'Join Now'. Just fill out the online membership form.

Please note: When going to our sister sight you will be asked to choose a username, password and if you would like to activate BP. Please read about these requirements beforehand.

A username – (please choose a name from 6-20 characters). At some point you will be asked for a username & password. You may choose a registered business name that you may already have or you may use your name or something else that you like, remember that this is what people will type in to get to your One Group website, make it simple/short to remember. This will be used to create your personal website. For example www.username.mionegroup.com. Note:If you choose a username that is already taken you will not be able to move passed that part of the application form, so you will need to change your username preference.

A password – (3-8 characters or numbers). You will use this to access your website and 'member' information on your website.

Business Protection – you will be asked whether you would like business protection, it is a good idea to have that switched on, at least to start with. You will be asked to choose a BP order, some suggestions include the Probiotic InLiven (because it is taken every day), other suggestions are products like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, hand wash, body wash (products that you use regularly and will need to replace. There are no long term obligations and you can switch it off at any time. Please read the materials on BP. To place your BP order just highlight the product and click 'add', to remove highlight the products in the bottom box that you added and highlight again and click 'remove'. You can stop once you reach 50 points.

Once you have registered as above (online), you should find yourself logged into your new website in your virtual office. You can look on the screen if it says logged in as your username. ALSO, DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITHOUT LOGGING IN AS A REP. When you click on 'SHOP', you must choose flash cart, and you will be asked to log in as a rep.

 

2. COMMIT TO A MINIMUM MONTHLY ORDER (Business Protection)

Optional but highly recommended. A AU$40-80 monthly order depending on the ordered products of your choice. Also by being on Business Protection you will receive higher discount rates, a minimum of 20% off retail.

3. ORDER YOUR PRODUCT

Our suggestion would be to get off to a FAST START by placing an initial order of at least 250 PV (you choose the products). You may also commit to either Autoship or Business Protection. By placing a FAST START order you 'junp start' your ONE Group business and you move immediately into yhe rank of 'Senior Associate' instead of 'Associate' - thus entitling you to larger level of bonuses. This also offers the benefit of accelerating your experience and knowledge of our products, to give you confidence and credibilty in promoting the Miessence range and the business opportunity.

 

PLEASE NOTE: For every 3 people you introduce as representatives, that do a FAST START, you will receive US$400. And if these 3 also signed up for BUSINESS PROTECTiON (BP). After the fist 30 days you will earn every month while they are on BP US $70.

 

4. PARTICIPATE IN BUSINESS TRAINING

When you get in contact with us you will be contacted within 48 hours to give you information about your Basic Training. Initial training takes about 2 hours and is conducted over the telephone in the comfort of your own home. It is designed to get you off to a Fast Start so you can maximise the strengths of this flexible business model. On going support, training and advice will continue after this point. We work with you and support you to reach your the goals that you set yourself.

 

Ongoing training includes: teleconferencing calls (comfort of your own home), seminars, pre recorded trainings from senior executives, directors etc, one on one training with upline and much more.

 

It is important to become familiar with company policies and procedures, product knowledge, business model, industry knowledge.

 

5. CHOOSE YOU MARKETING STRATEGIES

You will need to decide on your marketing strategies. Your sponsor will contact you to plan your marketing strategy. This will depend on a number of personal factors such as your available time, budget, personal objectives, confidence, skills, likes and dislikes. Some strategies may include:

 

  • Network Marketing (promoting both the product and business opportunity)
  • Retail Sales (All retail outlets including. salons, spas, hotels, resorts, gyms, markets, clubs, door-to-door, corporations etc)
  • Web Marketing (Independant Sites, Health & Beauty Portals, Affiliate Programs)- Using the internet as a tool to promote the business opportunity and the products is another way to build your business. And it is most definitely the way to go if you are wanting to build an international business. This is a great option for those that are familiar with the web, stay at home mum's, and those that are housebound.
  • Home Party-Plans (home-based, circle-of-friends and incentive-driven events)- This strategy can generate significant cash flow and can provide you with preferred customers and representatives.
  • Fundraising (schools, churches, clubs, organizations, associations)- this strategy has the potential to build high volumes of sales within your ONE Group business and generate customer bonuses.
  • Markets-festivals-expo's Another medium for marketing the ONE Group opportunity is through events. This stategy offers the potential to also meet potential customers.
  • Advertising Advertising mediums could range from your local newspaper right through to glossy magazines and professional direct mail campaigns.

5. DUPLICATE

Once you have joined, have your product and done your Basic Training, you need to start building your Multi-Channel Enterprise.
